Tips For Their Visit
On behalf of the Little Smiles team, thank you for entrusting us with the care of your child. You can make your child’s visit positive for the entire family by following a couple of easy steps.
- Arrange for a morning appointment for children 5 and under whenever possible, as most children are more positive, alert, and receptive at this time.
- The words we use make all the difference. It’s best to avoid talking about specific procedures or instruments. These ideas may confuse or upset your child. If your child has questions, please use the following word substitutions:

We accept all Healthy Kids Dental plans!
Healthy Kids Dental is a dental assistance program offered by the Michigan Department of Community Health. Healthy Kids offers free dental care for children under the age of 19. All Smile and Little Smiles locations participate in the program.
